Terms and Conditions

  • We can offer instruction and guiding all year round for all ages and all levels
  • Prices are correct as of 26.07. 2017 but may be subject to revision
  • Cancellation more than one week before lessons results in a full refund. Cancellation up to one week before a lesson results in a 50% charge. Cancellations less than 48 hours before a lesson results in full charge for the lesson
  • Should the minimum number of participants for group lessons not be reached, Stoked may not run the group course. Should this be the case, Stoked aims to offer the customer the best possible alternative
  • Our instructors will work in any weather, as long as it is appropriate in the conditions. Lessons may be cancelled by us if the weather makes it impossible for us to run a normal lesson. In this case there will be a full refund
  • The lessons will be cancelled if the lessons cannot take place due to shut lifts. There will be a full refund in this case
  • In the case of lateness or illness on the part of the client, presumed bad weather or partly shut lifts there will be no compensation. Our instructors will wait for 30 mins after the lesson start time at the designated meeting point
  • A lift pass is required for all lessons and is not included in the lesson price
  • Stoked strongly recommends that all clients organise their own insurance. Stoked is not responsible for clients’ insurance
  • In collaboration with SOLID AB Stoked offers an insurance Skicare. This policy is a supplement to your existing insurance and guarantees in case of lost ski days, ski pass refund, ski lesson refund, ski rental refund. It also covers as a supplement a proportion of assistance & rescue, medical & repatriation costs. For more information: www.skicare.ch
  • Stoked declines all responsibility for accidents during lessons, Stoked-run events, or the consequences thereof
  • Swiss Law is to be used in all legal dealings between clients and Stoked. Place of jurisdiction for any legal action against Stoked is exclusively Visp
  • Stoked can take payment in cash as: Swiss Francs (CHF), and Euro (EUR), or by card as: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA Electron, V-Pay
  • Stoked is always looking to improve our service so if you have any comments to make please get in contact with the ski school office directly.
  • During our group lessons, we may take photographs for publicity use in our brochures, posters, website, or Facebook page. If you do not agree to appear in these photo’s please inform us.
