Exchange / refund – Faulty Goods
Stoked Sports GmbH only exchanges sold articles / products, where there is a clear definable production or manufacturing error. In case of doubt, it will be decided by the manufacturer / distributor.
If this case occurs, the product is replaced to the customer like for like.
If the article / product can not be replaced by Stoked Sports GmbH, the customer is entitled to an equivalent product or to a refund.
Exchange / refund of faulty goods is only possible with the original sales receipt within one year (12 months) from date of purchase.
Articles / products which show defects due to improper / gross negligent handling are not exchanged or refunded by Stoked Sports GmbH.
The decision is made by the manufacturer / distributor.
Exchange / credit note
Items can only be exchanged within 24 hours, with the original purchase receipt, unused and in original the packaging. If the customer does not find a suitable product for the exchange, a credit note is issued. Refund of the purchase price is not given.
