Yes, we offer hotel or chalet pick-up in Zermatt. Please inform us during booking.

No, we do not rent out equipment. However, we recommend trusted local partners: Bayard Sport, Julen Sport, and Dorsaz Sport.

Yes. All participants need a valid lift pass. For complete beginners, a beginner pass may be sufficient for the first day.

Our prices vary depending on the season, duration, and type of lesson. You can find the full price list on our website or contact us directly.

We offer small group lessons for children. All other lessons are private to ensure the highest quality and personalized experience.

Yes, we offer private guiding and off-piste coaching, including glacier areas, with certified mountain guides.

Lessons take place in all weather conditions, as long as the lifts are open. Your instructor will adapt the day accordingly.

Yes, but please note our cancellation policy. Changes and cancellations must be made in writing.

The Sunnegga funicular takes you directly to the sunny beginners' area above Zermatt. Tickets are available at the valley station or online.

The Wolli beginner park at Leisee is the ideal place for your first skiing experiences. 

If you would like to explore more easy slopes with your snow sports instructor, we recommend the beginner ski pass. It covers selected facilities and blue slopes on Sunnegga–Blauherd and enables safe, step-by-step learning.

Good question. One lesson will introduce you to the basics of the equipment, controlling speed and turning. You will need more than one lesson before you can safely head out onto the slopes. We’d suggest a minimum of 3 half days to start. That way you get time to practice and learn.

Skiing and snowboarding is an outdoor sport. Therefore our lessons take place in any weather conditions. In case all lift facilities are closed due to exceptional weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances, it is reserved by Stoked Management to cancel the course. In this case please refer to our terms and conditions.

Nein. Im Falle, dass sie den Stoked Ski oder Snowboardkurs nicht mögen, bitten wir Sie uns zu kontaktieren und die Gründe dafür darzulegen. Das Stoked Management ist bemüht eine bestmögliche Lösung oder Alternative zu finden, damit sie mit viel Spass das Ski oder Snowboardfahren erlernen kann.
